Our Story

Built from experience.
Grounded in discretion.

We did not read about this work in a textbook. We lived it, from 6,000 miles away, under circumstances that required absolute privacy, during one of the most difficult seasons a family can endure.

Why This Exists

My father passed while I was living in Japan.

I was building a life abroad when my family needed me most. Managing my father’s estate from across the Pacific meant coordinating every detail remotely (the belongings, the property, the family decisions) while navigating a season that was already heavy with grief.

There was an added complexity. An active legal matter meant that very little could be discussed openly, shared publicly, or handled through channels that weren’t completely airtight. I needed service providers who understood that silence and discretion were not extras. They were requirements.

What I found instead were national companies with forms, call centers, and no concept of privacy. Large estate services that treat every family the same. No one who understood that some transitions carry legal exposure, reputational stakes, and a family legacy that carelessness can permanently damage.

I built Lineage Estates to be what I could not find: a concierge service that carries the work, protects the family, and operates with the quiet discretion that wealthy and discerning families require. We protect lineages, in name and in deed.

What We Stand For

The principles we will never compromise

Absolute Discretion

What happens inside your family’s transition stays there. Confidentiality agreements are available for every engagement. We do not share names, circumstances, or any detail about your family without your explicit permission.

Personal, Not Corporate

You will never reach a call center or fill out a ticket. Lineage Estates is intentionally small and selective. Every family we work with receives direct access to leadership, not a junior coordinator managing 40 other families.

Objective Decision-Making

Family disagreements about belongings and decisions are one of the most painful parts of a transition. Our proprietary tools create a fair, private process that resolves conflict without blame, protecting relationships that matter far beyond any piece of furniture.

Premium, Not Mass-Market

We serve a limited number of families. This is a deliberate choice. The work requires full attention, the kind a national chain cannot give. We are not the right fit for everyone, and we are honest about that.

Legal & Sensitive Circumstances

Estates involving active litigation, contested wills, blended families, or public figures require a different level of care. We have experience operating inside legally sensitive situations where nothing can go on record without intention. If your situation is complex, we are equipped for it.

Planning Before You Need It

The families who experience the most peace during a transition are the ones who planned ahead. We offer advance engagement packages so parents can work with us now, documenting their wishes, preparing their families, and locking in care before a crisis forces decisions under pressure.

Ministry of Presence

We are a family of faith, and we do not leave that at the door. When a loved one is in declining health, any Lineage Estates family may call on us to come to the bedside, pray, and be present. This is not a service. There is no charge. It is simply what we do because of who we are.
